Article Synopsis
  • LiFePO is valued for its safety and stability but suffers from poor electronic conductivity and slow lithium diffusion, limiting its performance.
  • Coating LiFePO with conductive carbon enhances conductivity, yet challenges with rate performance remain.
  • A new strategy using N, Mn codoping tackles these issues by reducing carbon agglomeration, improving the conductive network, and increasing lithium diffusion channels, resulting in better rate capability and cycling performance.
