Two kinds of thermally responsive polymers P(FAA-NIPA-co-AAm-co-ODA) and P(FPA-NIPA-co-AAm-co-ODA) containing folate, isopropyl acrylamide and octadecyl acrylate were fabricated through free radical random copolymerization for targeted drug delivery.
