Background: Tripterygium glycoside tablets (TGT) is the most common preparation from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F, which is widely used in clinical for treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and other autoimmune diseases. However, its serious reproductive toxicity limits its application.

Purpose: This study aimed to elucidate the toxic effects of TGT on the reproductive system of male RA rats and its potential toxic components and mechanism.

Tripterygium glycosides tablets (TGT) are the commonly used preparation for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, the changes in TGT on RA are still unclear at the metabolic level. This study aimed to reveal the biological processes of TGT in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats through integrated metabolomics and network analysis.

Despite the progress in early diagnosis and treatment, prognosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) is still poor. Basic leucine zipper and W2 domain-containing protein 1 (BZW1) and protein 2 (BZW2) are attached to the basic leucine zipper (bZIP) superfamily. Recently, BZW1 was identified as an important role in glycolysis of PAAD.

Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets (TGT) has shown obvious anti-rheumatoid arthritis (RA) effects accompanied by hepatotoxicity. Despite that many studies looked at TGT's anti-RA or hepatotoxic mechanism and substance basis, the results were still insufficient. Furthermore, the anti-RA and hepatotoxicity investigations of TGT were undertaken separately, neglecting the relationship between efficacy and toxicity.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: As a classical formula of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Lingguizhugan Decoction (LGZGD) has been used for treating heart failure (HF) because it has an efficiency of yang-warming and fluid-dispersing. However, the pharmacodynamic material basis of LGZGD responsible for the therapeutic benefits is not well understood.

Aim Of The Study: The aim of this study was to elucidate the pharmacodynamic material basis of LGZGD by an integrated approach.

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the rapid one-pot synthesis of a unique core-shell-structured zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF) using Co(III) and Zn(II) precursors. The key to obtaining this unique structure is the use of a Co(III) precursor as the starting material. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that Co was present within a 30-nm-thick shell layer of the ZIF material.

Background: Surgical resection remains the only potentially curative treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). However, a number of patients get disease recurred in a short time post-operation. Few studies have focused on the predictors of different recurrence patterns of PDAC.

Background: Surgical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). However, most of patients lose the chance of surgery due to the unresectable disease at the time of diagnosis. Despite the improvement of radiological imaging, a portion of patients intended for radical resection were proven to be unresectable at surgical exploration due to occult metastasis.
