By introducing a multi-scale information gain mechanism and a global-local feature coupling strategy, the model has significantly improved feature extraction and expression capabilities. Experimental results show that, on a single-crack dataset, the model's mAP@50 and mAP@50-95 are 1.

The program is based on evidence-based nursing, expert meeting and pre-experiment construction, the construction process is standardized and scientific, and the content is comprehensive, mainly includes 4 dimensions of bowel assessment, bowel intervention, assessment indices and discharge follow-up, which were carried out at the time of admission (T1), discharge (T2) and 1 month after discharge (T3) of patients in the experimental group, while the control group used routine orthopedic bowel management, and bowel function indices, quality of life and laboratory tests were used as outcome indices, and differences in the observed indices of patients in the two groups were compared to validate the effect of the program. Compared with the control group, the incidence of bloating, constipation and fecal incontinence was significantly reduced in the experimental group, while the frequency of defecation scores, fecal character scores, Neurogenic Bowel Dysfunction scores, laboratory test results and quality of life were also effectively improved.

Various factors are connected to autophagy, and the mechanism regulating autophagy is highly complicated. Epigenetic changes, such as aberrant expression of histone demethylase, are actively associated not only with oncogenesis but also with inflammatory responses.

Orosomucoid (ORM) is an important hepatokine that regulates metabolism. Previous report showed that isoform ORM2 but not ORM1 could downregulate lipogenic genes and ameliorate hepatic steatosis in obese mice, thereby categorizing ORM2 as a promising candidate for therapeutic intervention in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). However, our previous studies found that mice lacking ORM1 gradually developed an obese phenotype with severe hepatic steatosis at the age of 24 weeks.

The genus have long been recognized as a source of structural novel, pharmaceutically relevant natural products. We reviewed the structures and activities of secondary metabolites isolated from the genus of from January 1995 to June 2024, and 280 compounds, including six major categories-terpenoids, alkaloids, polyketides, polyphenols, steroids, and other classes-are presented in this review. Among these metabolites, 196 were identified as new structures.

This study presents an innovative approach for targeting acute myeloid leukemia (AML) using nanoparticles with agglutinated protein (NAPs). Agglutinated transferrin and C3b in NAPs selectively bind to CD71 and CD11b, receptors that are overexpressed on myeloid leukemic cells compared to nonmalignant cells.

However, its wide-ranging application is hindered by specialized, costly equipment and consumables. Herein, a ready-to-use lipid nanoparticle (RULNP) technology employing deep eutectic solvents (DESs) was developed.

Decellularized adipose matrix (DAM) is considered to be the most potential biological scaffold for soft tissue repair and reconstruction, as it is able to induce the regeneration of adipose tissue in situ in adulthood. But how does this adipose tissue regeneration happen and develop in vivo? Is it the same as the original autologous one? Temporary existence or long-term survival? These are the key questions that will determine the future applications of DAM. In this study, we investigated the composition, structure and biomechanical properties of DAM before implanting it into the subcutaneous back of immunodeficient mice.

Our previous studies found that acute-phase protein orosomucoid (ORM) could provide an up to 6 h therapeutic time window to reduce infarct volume in acute ischemic stroke by improving endothelial function. However, its role in neurons and functional recovery post-stroke remains largely unknown.

However, the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the uptake and transfer of Cd and micronutrients (Fe and Zn) under Cd stress in varying flooding conditions is not well understood. A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the micronutrient homeostasis and Cd uptake and transfer in rice cultivated in Cd-contaminated soil with AMF inoculation under continuous and intermittent flooding conditions.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFFlooding is a critical factor that limits the establishment of a symbiosis between rice and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in wetland ecosystems. The distribution of carbon resources in roots and the acclimation strategies of rice to flooding stress in the presence of AMF are poorly understood. We conducted a root box experiment, employing nylon sheets or nylon meshes to create separate fungal chambers that either prevented or allowed the roots and any molecules to pass through.

Plant litter at the forest floor may modify HM migration pathways through impacts on soil aggregates and water/soil erosion; however, HM migration responses to plant litter are poorly understood. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of plant litter cover on HMs migration, and water and soil erosion following the application of SS to subtropical forest soils.

The alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR) is expressed in skeletal muscle, with an unknown role in muscle endurance. Here, we try to explore whether α7nAChR could act as a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of muscle fatigue.

Our previous research found acute phase protein orosomucoid (ORM) is an endogenous anti-fatigue protein, and macrolides antibiotics erythromycin can elevate ORM level to increase muscle bioenergetics and endurance parameters. Here, we further designed, synthesized and screened a new erythromycin derivative named HMS-01, which lost its antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo.

Methods: Two Bama miniature pigs received MPRF treatment with two types of stationary tips in eight groups of parameters (power, duration, and pass) on dorsal skin. Skin samples were collected from each treatment zone immediately, at 1 week and 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment.
The dual-functional heterogeneous Fenton catalyst Cu/Ti co-doped iron-based Fenton catalyst (Cu/Ti -FeO@FeOOH, FCT) were successfully prepared by precipitation oxidation method and characterized by XRD, XPS and XAFS. The prepared Cu/Ti co-doped FeO@FeOOH nanoparticles consisted of goethite nanorods and magnetite rod octahedral particles, with Cu and Ti replacing Fe in the catalyst crystal structure, leading to the formation of the goethite structure. The heterogeneous Fenton catalyst FCT exhibited excellent degradation activity for cyanide in wastewater and showed different reaction mechanisms at varying pH levels.

Inspired by energy chemistry, a catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) strategy was leveraged to selectively activate weakly acidic allene C(sp)-H bonds in a reductive mode. An array of [CoO] metallacycle complexes were readily devised starting from amino acids, and they were demonstrated as robust HER catalysts, which would selectively break allenic C(sp)-H bonds to release hydrogen.

We found for the first time that DAM contains two structural components: The tough fibers DAM (T-DAM) and the fine fibers DAM (F-DAM). T-DAM was a dense vortex structure composed of a large number of coarse fibers, characterized by myoblast-related proteins, which cannot achieve fat regeneration and forms a typical "adipose-free zone".
