Article Synopsis
  • Wide-Field Small Aperture Telescopes (WFSAT) enhance observation efficiency in space surveillance but are vulnerable to external stray light, negatively affecting data quality and object positioning.
  • The Pyramid Deformable Large Kernel Attention (PD-LKA) Model is introduced to combat stray light, using a pyramid structure to capture multi-scale features and improve robustness against interference.
  • Testing shows the model significantly enhances image quality, achieving high PSNR and SSIM scores, and maintains positioning accuracy within 5 arcseconds for astronomical objects despite stray light challenges.

Background: The aim was to explore the value of combined detection of PCT, CRP, and FIB in differentiating severe pneumonia from viral infection and bacterial infection.

Methods: A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Hebei General Hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects, including 50 patients with viral pneumonia (as the viral group, n = 50) and 50 patients with bacterial pneumonia (as the bacterial group, n = 50). At the same time, the clinical data of 50 healthy people in the hospital were selected as the healthy group (n = 50).
