Two new polyacetylenes, (5,12)-14-hydroxytetradeca-5,12-dien-8,10-diyn-1-yl 3-methylbut-2-enoate () and 5, 1'-(6,12)-1-hydroxytetradeca-6,12-dien-8,10-diyn-5-yl 2-methylbutanoate (), together with two known ones, (2,8)-12--methylbutyryltetradeca-2,8-diene-4,6-diyne-1,14-diol (), and ()-5-[5-(but-3-en-1-yn-1-yl)thiophen-2-yl]pent-2-en-4-yn-1-yl acetate () were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the roots of by various chromatographic methods, such as normal phase silica gel column, MPLC, and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by kinds of spectroscopic methods including 1D NMR, 2D NMR, IR, UV, HR-ESI-MS, and ECD. Compound exhibited cytotoxic activities in HepG2 and Huh7 cells with IC values of 20.

This bibliometric study aimed to analyze the research trends, collaboration and knowledge dissemination pertaining to FC-ASD over the past 20 years.

Methods: This study provided an analysis of documents indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), published from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2022.

Background: Increasing studies focused on the efficacy of acupuncture on pregnancy outcomes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). However, debatable conclusions have been drawn from different randomized controlled trials (RCTs), which might be related to different doses of acupuncture.

Objective: To evaluate whether acupuncture has a dose-dependent effect on pregnancy outcomes in patients with PCOS undergoing IVF-ET in systematically reviewing.

SNX32 Regulates Sorting and Trafficking of Activated EGFR to the Lysosomal Degradation Pathway.

SNX32 is a member of the evolutionarily conserved Phox (PX) homology domain- and Bin/Amphiphysin/Rvs (BAR) domain- containing sorting nexin (SNX-BAR) family of proteins, which play important roles in sorting and membrane trafficking of endosomal cargoes. Although SNX32 shares the highest amino acid sequence homology with SNX6, and has been believed to function redundantly with SNX5 and SNX6 in retrieval of the cation-independent mannose-6-phosphate receptor (CI-MPR) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN), its role(s) in intracellular protein trafficking remains largely unexplored. Palladium-Catalyzed Decarboxylative Annulation Reaction of Aryl Iodides and Methyl 2-Haloarenecarboxylates.

A ligand-free palladium-catalyzed and norbornadiene-mediated annulation reaction of iodoarenes with methyl 2-haloarenecarboxylates is reported. The sequentially accomplished reaction comprises intermolecular C-H arylation, followed by intramolecular decarboxylative annulation, affording various valuable phenanthrenes. This reaction protocol could be expanded to triphenylene syntheses whereby norbornene was the cocatalyst.

A CD36-dependent non-canonical lipid metabolism program promotes immune escape and resistance to hypomethylating agent therapy in AML.

Environmental lipids are essential for fueling tumor energetics, but whether these exogenous lipids transported into cancer cells facilitate immune escape remains unclear. Here, we find that CD36, a transporter for exogenous lipids, promotes acute myeloid leukemia (AML) immune evasion. We show that, separately from its established role in lipid oxidation, CD36 on AML cells senses oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OxLDL) to prime the TLR4-LYN-MYD88-nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) pathway, and exogenous palmitate transfer via CD36 further potentiates this innate immune pathway by supporting ZDHHC6-mediated MYD88 palmitoylation.

Objectives: The reported prevalence of mental health conditions (MHCs) in people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) ranges widely. Whether MHCs are associated with increased risk of SLE or the outcomes of the disease is unclear. This paper aimed to conduct an umbrella and updated meta-analysis of MHCs in people with SLE and to identify whether MHCs are associated with the risk of SLE or patient outcomes.

In separation science, precise control and regulation of the MOF stationary phase are crucial for achieving a high separation performance. We supposed that increasing the mass transfer resistance of MOFs with excessive porosity to achieve a moderate mass transfer resistance of the analytes is the key to conducting the MOF stationary phase with a high resolution. Three-dimensional UiO-67 (UiO-67-3D) and two-dimensional UiO-67 (UiO-67-2D) were chosen to validate this strategy.
