- - A case of a 46-year-old woman with difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA) resistant to multiple therapies, including Abatacept (ABT) and Tofacitinib, is presented.
- - After ten years of ineffective treatment, she experienced improvement when ABT was combined with the JAK inhibitor Baricitinib (BAT).
- - The findings suggest that combining ABT with BAT could be a viable treatment option for patients with D2T RA.
