Background: The expansion of function-preserving surgery became possible due to a more profound understanding of gastric cancer (GC), and T1N + or T2N + gastric cancer patients might be potential beneficiaries. However, ways to evaluate the possibility of function-preserving pylorus surgery are still unknown.
Methods: A total of 288 patients at Renji Hospital and 58 patients at Huadong Hospital, pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer staging at T1 and T2 with tumors located in the upper two-thirds of the stomach, were retrospectively enrolled from March 2015 to October 2022.
The reaction of CFCOOAg, 3-bdppmapy (,-bis(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)-3-aminopyridine) and HTZ (1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol) in CHCl/MeOH resulted in a dinuclear Ag/P/S complex [Ag(TZ)(3-bdppmapy)]·Sol (·Sol). Crystals of ·Sol converted to ·2MeOH in air at room temperature and further to under vacuum upon heating. The solid-state, room-temperature photoluminescent emission of ·Sol (510 nm) shifted to 494 nm (·2MeOH) and 486 nm ().

Upon excitation at 370 nm, 1 exhibited solid state, room temperature, green fluorescent emission (QY = 4.7%, = 2.

Upon excitation at 365 nm, 1 exhibited strong phosphorescent emission at 630 nm, which was selectively quenched by NH in air or water. The sensing of NH was rapid and recoverable, with detection limits of 53 ppm (v/v) in N and 21 μmol/L (0.

Rationale: Teratomas commonly arise in the gonads, including ovary and testis. The kidney is one of the most rare regions of primary teratoma. To date, about 19 cases of renal teratoma have been reported, and only 3 articles have reported renal immature teratoma; however, all of them occur in infant or children.

Background: Several studies have been conducted to explore the prognostic value of miR-183 in different types of cancer; however, their results were controversial. Therefore, the present meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the prognostic value of miR-183 expression level in cancer.
Methods: A comprehensive literature search was carried out by searching PubMed and EMBASE database between January 1966 and April 2017.
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is insensitive to conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and its prognosis remains poor. Targeted therapy is a novel technique for the treatment of RCC. The present study aimed to determine the precise effects of microRNA-183 (miR-183) on RCC.

Methods: Under the ureteroscope, 45 male patients with urethral stricture received placement of a zebra guide wire through the strictured urethra into the bladder and then a ureteral dilation catheter along the guide wire, followed by dilation of the urethra from F8 initially to F14 and F16. Again, the ureteroscope was used to determine the length of the strictured urethra, its distance to the external urethral orifice, and whether it was normally located.

Objective: Several observational studies have shown that metformin therapy may modify the risk of prostate cancer. We carried out a meta-analysis of relevant studies evaluating the effect of metformin therapy on prostate cancer risk.
Methods: We searched pubmed database (January 1966-February 2014) for case-control and cohort studies that assessed metformin therapy and prostate cancer risk.
Objective: To improve the methods and reduce the complications of circumcision with a disposable suture device.
Methods: This study included 325 male patients aged 14-65 (mean 28.9) years, treated for redundant prepuce or phimosis by modified (n = 201) or conventional circumcision with a disposable suture device (n = 124).

The majority of nutrients in ruminants and other herbivores come from forages. Forage quality not only affects the growth and production efficiency of livestock, but also determines the final output and quality of livestock products. Forage quality mainly depends on nutrient concentrations and their digestibility, palatability and the level of presence of antiquality factors and mycotoxins in forage.

Objective: To probe into the diagnosis and treatment of urachal remnants with heterotopic sinus.
Methods: Two cases with penis dorsal drainage for 5 approximately 6 years were diagnosed as urachal anomaly by sinus probing, methylene blue injection test, cystoscope examination, and type B ultrasonic examination, and both received surgical removal of the urachus and all the abnormal tissues associated with it.
Results: Surgery and pathology proved urachal cyst with communication drainage in both of the patients.
