Objective: This paper aimed to design and explore the versatility of the incision for the robot-assisted thoracic surgery.
Methods: The concept of universal incision was designed and put forward. The clinical data of 342 cases of robot-assisted thoracic surgery were summarized, including sex, age, clinical diagnosis, operative method, operative time, conversion to thoracotomy, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissections, postoperative hospital stays, postoperative pathology, and postoperative complications of the patients.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the liquid resuscitation therapy strategy using intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and oxygenation index (PaO/FiO) as the end point in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).
Methods: A retrospective study was performed, including 84 patients with SAP in emergency intensive care unit of Qingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2018 to August 2021. According to the status of fluid balance at admission, all patients were divided into the positive fluid balance group (43 cases) and the negative fluid balance group (41 cases).
Objective: To develop the nutrient profiling model based on the nutrition and health status of Chinese residents, and comprehensively evaluate the nutritional quality of food and dietary pattern.
Methods: Nutrient-and food group-indexes closely related to the main health problems of Chinese residents were screened and determined based on the level of evidence. Different food and dietary patterns were taken as examples to calculate the nutrient dense score.
The polysaccharide extract from Isatidis Radix exhibits potent antiinflammatory and antiviral activities, but the mechanism of Isatidis Radix polysaccharide (IRP) remains obscure. Herein, we reported that IRP blocked the activation of nod-like receptor pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome, leading to the inhibiting of caspase-1 cleavage and IL-1β secretion. Mechanistically, IRP did not inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome through suppressing mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS) production.

These massive datasets are usually collected from many samples using different scRNA-seq technology platforms, including the popular SMART-Seq2 (SS2) and 10X platforms. Inherent heterogeneities between platforms, tissues and other batch effects make scRNA-seq data difficult to compare and integrate, especially in large-scale cell atlas efforts; yet, accurate integration is essential for gaining deeper insights into cell biology.
