Tetrahydropalmatine (THP), a Corydalis yanhusuo-derived phytochemical alkaloid, possesses hypnotic, soothing, analgesic, and other effects, but little is known about the effect of THP on moderating peripheral nerve regeneration and its possible underlying mechanism of action.
