We fabricated pH/redox dual responsive nanocarriers based on cell penetrating peptides (TAT) functionalized TPGS (cTAT-TPGS) and polypeptide (PEG-b-poly(aspartic-lipoic acid), PPAL) to reduce the permanent drug release and overcome multidrug resistance.
