Jellyfish envenomation is a common marine injury. We report a case of a 9-year-old boy who developed muscle weakness and rhabdomyolysis after a jellyfish sting. He was stung on the face, hands, and feet.

Both siblings presented with Kawasaki disease-like features and haemodynamic instability, with the onset of symptoms within 6 days of each other. Remarkably, one of the siblings was the elder of a pair of monozygotic twins.
