Lack of health knowledge can be a main cause of barriers to early diagnosis and treatment, and it can also highlight the deficiencies in health education. Therefore, it is essential to understand the health knowledge needs of individuals and the related influencing factors in order to improve health education models. A total of 935 administrative staff (AS) were selected as study participants by convenience sampling in Yuxi City, China.

A number of chiral borate-containing 3,3'-disubstituted isoindolinones were obtained in moderate to good yields and good to excellent enantioselectivities from the reactions of -(-iodobenzoyl)enamines and bis(pinacolato)diboron (Bpin) under mild reaction conditions. Synthetic transformations of the products were conducted to demonstrate the practicality of this reaction.

Alternative splicing (AS) is the basis of both transcriptome and proteome richness, so more and more evidence indicates an important relationship between AS and tumor progression. The aim of this study was to offer a comprehensive analysis on AS events and then investigate its potentials as a new biomarker for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
