In this study, we have evaluated and examined various nursing effects of improved administration of protamine sulfate neutralizing heparin after cardiopulmonary bypass. For this purpose, retrospective analysis was made about the nursing records and clinical data of 216 patients who underwent cardiac operation under cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020. Among the enrolled patients, 118 patients were given subinterval administration of protamine sulfate neutralizing heparin via aortic root with the assistance of the scrub nurse at the end of cardiac surgery (improved group).

Epilepsy is an abnormal brain state that may be induced by synchronous neuronal activation and also abnormalities in energy metabolism or the oxygen supply vascular system. Neurovascular coupling (NVC), the relationship between neuron, capillary, and penetrating artery, remains unexplored on a fine-scale with respect to the pathology process after acute temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). The prognosis of bladder cancer patients is strongly related to both the immune-infiltrating cells and the expression of lncRNAs. In this study, we analyzed the infiltration of immune cells in 403 bladder cancer samples obtained from TCGA by applying the ssGSEA to these samples, then dividing them into high/low immune cell infiltration groups. Based on these groupings, we found 404 differentially expressed immune infiltration-related lncRNAs, which were successively analyzed by univariate Cox regression, then Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO), and finally stepwise multiple Cox regression.
