Background: Compared with current methods used to assess schizophrenia, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) has the advantages of providing noninvasive and real-time monitoring of functional activities of the brain and providing direct and objective assessment information.
Aim: To explore the research field of NIRS in schizophrenia from the perspective of bibliometrics.
Methods: The Web of Science Core Collection was used as the search tool, and the last search date was April 21, 2024.
Two new tetraketide-derived phenol rhamnosides [botryrhamnosides A (1) and B (2)] and a new rhamnosylated tryptophol alkaloid (botryrhamnoside C, 3), along with seven related known compounds (4-10) were isolated from the solid culture of Botryosphaeria dothidea LE-07, an endophytic fungus residing in the leaves of the rare medicinal plant Chinese tulip tree (Liriodendron chinense). Their structures with the absolute configurations were determined by a combination of spectroscopy methods, comparing specific rotations, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 are rare tetraketide-derived resorcinols incorporating a l-rhamnose moiety, while 3 represents the first example of rhamnose-bound tryptophol derivatives produced by microorganisms.

Objective: To investigate the effects of (ASR) on cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) /exchange protein activated by cAMP (Epac) signaling pathway in the treatment of chronically infected cough mice with Yin deficiency syndrome.
Methods: Mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, positive control group and ASR group (=8). The chronic cough mouse model of hyperreactive and infected airway with Yin deficiency syndrome was established with fumigation (once a day, 30 days in total), lipopolysaccharide nasal drip (every 3 days 10 μl, 10 times in total), intragastric administration of thyroid gland (120 mg/kg, once a day, a total of 15 days) and inhalation of ammonia (3 min / time × 10 times).
Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have become preferred heterogeneous catalytic materials for many reactions due to their advantages such as porosity and abundant active sites. Here, a 3D Mn-MOF-1 [Mn(DPP)(HO)]·6HO (DPP = 2,6-di(2,4-dicarboxyphenyl)-4-(pyridine-4-yl)pyridine) was successfully synthesized under solvothermal conditions. This Mn-MOF-1 possesses a 3D structure constructed by the combination of a 1D chain and the DPP ligand and features a micropore with a 1D drum-like shaped channel.

To investigate the effects of Butylphthalide (NBP) on airway mucus hypersecretion, interleukin-13 (IL-13) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in asthmatic mice. The mice were randomly divided into control group, asthma group, DEX group and high, medium and low doses of NBP (100, 50, 25 mg/kg) groups (=12). Ovalbumin (OVA) injection was sensitized on the 1st, 8th, and 15th day of the experiment, and OVA was inhaled on the 22nd day to stimulate for 5 weeks to replicate the asthma model, and 20 mg/kg of NBP was given for intervention before the challenge.

Purpose: In this study, the inactivation effect of different fluence rates on Candida albicans biofilms during curcumin-photodynamic therapy was investigated in vitro.
Methods: The standard Candida albicans and clinical isolated Candida albicans were selected as model fungus and different fluence rates (12, 22, 42, 62, 82, 102 mW/cm) during curcumin-photodynamic therapy were applied to inactivate Candida albicans biofilm. To evaluate the inactivation effect, XTT assay and Live/Dead kit were employed to quantify and visualize the activities of Candida albicans biofilms.
