Identification of independent risk factors for hypoalbuminemia in patients with CKD stages 3 and 4: the construction of a nomogram.

Background: Hypoalbuminemia is a common complication in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and is associated with various adverse clinical events. Currently, there are few studies focused on identifying risk factors and constructing models for hypoalbuminemia in patients with CKD stages 3 and 4. This study aims to identify independent risk factors for hypoalbuminemia in patients with CKD stages 3 and 4 and construct a nomogram for predicting the risk of hypoalbuminemia in these patients.

[Impact of proximal femoral shape on leg length discrepancy after total hip arthroplasty].

Objective: To investigate the effect of different proximal femoral shapes on leg length discrepancy(LLD) after total hip arthroplasty(THA).

Methods: Total 131 patients with osteoarthritis or osteonecrosis received unilateral biological total hip arthroplasty from June 2013 to June 2019. All patients' age, sex, side and pelvis anteroposterior digital radiography were retraspectively analyzed.

Transient receptor potential melastain 7 (TRPM7) is a bifunctional protein with dual structure of both ion channel and protein kinase, participating in a wide variety of diseases including cancer. Recent researches have reported the mechanism of TRPM7 in human cancers. However, the correlation between TRPM7 and prostate cancer (PCa) has not been well studied.

[Screening and body correlation analysis of microsatellite markers related to intermuscular bone number in common carp (Cyprinus carpio)].

In this study, 149 polymorphic markers were screened from 200 microsatellite markers. From a family of mirror carp, which included 107 individuals. All samples were analyzed for body correlation, and intermuscular bone number was tested using the General Linear Model (GLM) single marker regression.
