Autologous serum eye drops used to treat an ulcerated dermis-fat graft.

A 49-year-old woman with a contracted and keratinized anophthalmic socket underwent a dermis-fat graft for orbital augmentation. She presented with an early ulcer on the surface of the dermis, with inhibited conjunctival growth. There was no improvement after 1 month of conservative treatment.

Müller muscle-conjunctiva resection to correct ptosis in high-risk patients.

Purpose: Müller muscle-conjunctiva resection could be seen as a relative contraindication in patients with a prior history of a glaucoma filtering procedure, corneal disease, or corneal surgery. The concern centers around the theoretical risk of bleb-related complications or corneal damage from the palpebral conjunctival sutures. Our study aimed to determine whether any bleb- or cornea-related complications arose in patients who underwent Müller muscle-conjunctiva resection for ptosis correction.

Orbital metastases from male breast cancer in two cases.

We present 2 cases of orbital metastases of male breast cancer, a very rare association in the context of a rare disease. We also provide a review of the literature on this topic including the 4 previously reported cases. Our cases presented with diplopia and proptosis.
