Objective: To study the potential benefit of testicular sperm compared with ejaculated sperm for men with oligospermia.
Design: After exemption from institutional review board approval, we performed a retrospective cohort study using the Mayo Clinic Assisted Reproductive Technology database.
Setting: Single academic center.
