Nevirapine (NVP), a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, is a drug widely used in the treatment of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). The evaluation of NVP stability is of fundamental importance in order to guarantee drug product efficacy, safety and quality.
