Five L. cultivars Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris at different E-L development stages were harvested in two experimental vintages. Temperature and rainfall data of the growing period were obtained from the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology.
