Objective: Bilateral vocal fold paralysis can be a disabling condition with an adverse impact on quality of life. Various glottal widening procedures to secure the airway have been described. These include total or partial arytenoidectomy with or without reinnervation, cordotomy, arytenoidopexy, and others.

Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of laryngeal findings in predicting high-grade dysplasia/carcinoma in situ (CIS) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in patients with vocal fold leukoplakia.
Methods: A retrospective review of the medical records and video recordings of the laryngeal examination of patients with vocal fold leukoplakia who underwent un-sedated office-based laryngeal biopsy in a tertiary referral center between January 2022 and August 2023 was conducted. Laryngeal findings included the size, surface, projection, and edges of the lesion.
Sinonasal lymphoma is a rare clinical entity. Three main subtypes exhibit different clinical patterns and treatment outcomes. We report the first case of a B-cell lymphoma in a patient without any previous history of nasal surgery, trauma or drug use, who presented to our center with a nasal septal perforation.

We also aimed to compare the interobserver variability using a proposed two-tiered grading system as opposed to the current three-tiered system.
Methods: Three expert breast pathologists and one junior pathologist identified low-grade DCIS from a set of 300 DCIS slides.
Fibromatosis of the breast is a rare condition that can be locally aggressive. The mainstay of treatment remains wide local excision, with varied adjuvant therapy as needed. The authors describe their experience in the treatment of a series of patients and propose the classification of primary and secondary breast fibromatosis.

Methods: A multiregional cohort consisting of 317 patients with CL [Syria (157), Pakistan (66), Lebanon (47), Saudi Arabia (43), Ethiopia (2) and Iran (2)] was reviewed.
Introduction: Renal solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are spindle cell neoplasms of mesenchymal origin, and very rare with only 46 cases reported worldwide to date. It is crucial to differentiate this tumor from other tumors of the kidney, so as to avoid unnecessary treatment. Therefore, our objective was to review reports of renal SFTs, their clinical presentations, imaging methods, and surgical management, updated to 2013.

Patients with clinical manifestations highly suggestive of APS but persistently negative conventional aPLs are classified as having seronegative APS. Ongoing research has revealed the existence of non-criteria antibodies proposed to be relevant to APS and that can be potentially included in the disease's classification criteria.
