Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders. Recently, research has focused on the role of intestinal microbiome dysbiosis in OA. The aim of this study was to systematically review randomized intervention clinical studies investigating the effect of probiotics on the management of OA-related pain and inflammation.
