Introduction: Anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are some of the most common conditions that youths (<18 years old) receive mental health treatment for. These conditions are associated with high-risk substance use or substance use disorders (SUDs). This study sought to identify the proportion of youths (<18 years old) with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, or ADHD as a primary diagnosis in community mental health centers (CMHCs) having co-occurring high-risk substance use or a SUD.

Introduction: There is a growing body of literature on the activities and competencies of implementation support practitioners (ISPs) and the outcomes of engaging ISPs to support implementation efforts. However, there remains limited knowledge about the experiences of implementation support recipients who engage with ISPs and how these experiences shape the trajectory of implementation and contribute to implementation outcomes. This study aimed to extend the research on ISPs by describing the experiences of professionals who received implementation support and inform our understanding of the mechanisms by which ISPs produce behavior change and contribute to implementation outcomes.

This feasibility study evaluated the developmental coaching TREE (Talk Read Engage Encourage) program for historically marginalized children ages 0 to 2 years, embedded within pediatric visits, examining if TREE could enhance caregiver-child interactions and increase pediatric resident report of competency and self-efficacy in coaching caregivers. Using a quasi-experimental design, a convenience sample (n = 167 families) was recruited (79 intervention; 88 control). Follow-up data were obtained from 45% of families (38 intervention; 38 control), impacted by COVID-19 attendance.

The provision of financial incentives to youth involved in research remains an understudied and contentious issue. Although the practice is common and often accepted, a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the literature regarding the potential benefits and limitations is lacking. The primary question this article seeks to answer is as follows: "What are the concerns and best practices identified in the literature for the appropriate and ethical provision of incentives to children and adolescents?" Following a thorough review and screening process, 25 articles were selected and central themes were identified within them.
