Objectives: In patients with single ventricle physiology and a systemic right ventricle, tricuspid valve regurgitation increases the risk of adverse outcomes, and tricuspid valve intervention at the time of staged palliation further increases that risk in the postoperative period. However, long-term outcomes of valve intervention in patients with significant regurgitation during stage 2 palliation have not been established. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term outcomes after tricuspid valve intervention during stage 2 palliation in patients with right ventricular dominant circulation in a multicenter study.
