This study compared the 30-day infection risk of chest ports accessed on the same day as placement and chest ports with delayed initial access. The aim was to evaluate a larger data set that provided evidence for the development of port access guidelines. Materials And Methods: Simple renal cysts obtained with 16-, 40-, and 64-MDCT scanners were analyzed for the presence of pseudoenhancement. Cyst size, location, and attenuation in the unenhanced and nephrographic phases were recorded.
