Background: Penile cancer is a rare malignancy treated via various surgical techniques guided by disease stage and grade with current guidelines suggesting partial or total penectomy for those with pT2 or greater. We report a case of a patient with pT2 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the penis who underwent circumcision with left partial-glansectomy and resection of preputial mass with good oncological control while providing good urinary and sexual function.

Case Description: An 82-year-old male presented to the clinic due to a mass that doubled in size in an 8-month timeframe.

Objectives: Since the development of Kidney Donor Profile Index, outcome differences based on number of donated organs per donor have not been evaluated.

Materials And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data from the United Network for Organ Sharing national database, which identified 176 311 adult renal transplant recipients from 2000 to 2019 with a deceased donor kidney from a kidney-only donor, from a donor of kidney and liver but no other organs, or from a multiorgan donor. Graft failure and transplant recipient survival were primary outcomes.

This article highlights a unique time in the history of hepatitis C therapy. In the last few years new families of direct-acting antivirals have emerged, that block different viral proteins to interrupt viral replication, such as protease, NS5A inhibitors, and NS5B inhibitors. There are few host-targeted agents in development; currently cyclophilin inhibitors are the only host-targeted agents in advanced development.
