Objectives: To provide clinicians with concrete solutions on the best management of and counseling for patients in a subsequent pregnancy following uterine rupture.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of patients treated between 2005 and 2020 at Sheba Medical Center was conducted. All patients who had undergone a complete uterine rupture and subsequently had a full-term pregnancy were included.

Key Message: Laboratory characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 infection did not differ between pregnant and non-pregnant women. A trend of lower lymphocyte count was observed in the pregnant women group PURPOSE: Laboratory abnormalities, which characterize SARS-CoV-2 infection have been identified, nevertheless, data concerning laboratory characteristics of pregnant women with SARS-CoV-2 are limited. The gene encodes for the RecQ helicase that plays an important role in genome editing, maintenance, and stability. Mutations in the gene cause genomic instability that exposes the carriers to a variety of cancers, and in particular hematological and gastrointestinal cancers.
