Herpes Simplex Virus-2 Meningitis Masquerading as Pseudotumor Cerebri.

We report a case of a 27-year-old obese female presenting with headache, blurry and double vision. She was found to have bilateral papilledema by an ophthalmologist and sent to the emergency department (ED). Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis showed elevated opening pressure and lymphocytic pleocytosis.
