Multiple supernumerary teeth in the central incisor region are an uncommon occurrence; the most frequently occurring type of supernumerary teeth are mesiodens. A 10-year-old male had reported to Sharad Pawar Dental College with the chief complaint of extra teeth. An intraoral examination revealed the presence of two labially placed incisors and two palatally placed incisors at a transitional phase of dentition.
