Sleep disturbances in children with epilepsy are prevalent, and are associated with substantial adverse medical and psychosocial consequences. This study is a 5-year follow-up of a clinic-based sleep intervention study that randomized 100 toddlers and preschool-age children with epilepsy to a usual care group or a sleep intervention group.
