Purpose: This study investigates the differences in diagnostic performance between diffuse-weighted imaging (DWI) and dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging (DCE), either alone or in combination with T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), for diagnosing deep myometrial invasion (dMI) of endometrial cancers (EC).
Methods: We performed a comprehensive search for published studies comparing DWI and DCE for preoperatively diagnosing dMI of EC. The overall diagnostic accuracy of each test was calculated using the areas under the summary receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCs).
Defects involving specialised areas with characteristic anatomical features, such as the nipple, upper eyelid, and lip, benefit greatly from the use of sharing procedures. The vulva, a complex 3-dimensional structure, can also be reconstructed through a sharing procedure drawing upon the contralateral vulva. In this report, we present the interesting case of a patient with chronic, massive, localised lymphedema of her left labia majora that was resected in 2011.

We report a 58-year-old woman who presented with symptoms of urinary tract infection and acute retention of urine associated with vaginal tape exposure 10 years after placement of an inside-out transobturator tape. She subsequently had a partial transobturator tape excision and a diagnostic cystoscopy, which revealed inflammatory changes within the urethra.

We compared the specificity and sensitivity of the four indices (RMI 1, RMI 2, RMI 3 and RMI 4) to discriminate a benign ovarian mass from a malignant one in a Southeast Asian population.
Methods: This was a five-year retrospective study of women who were admitted for surgery due to ovarian masses.
Introduction: In Singapore, the standard of care for endometrial cancer staging remains laparotomy. Since the introduction of gynecologic robotic surgery, there have been more data comparing robotic surgery to laparoscopy in the management of endometrial cancer. This study reviewed clinical outcomes in endometrial cancer in a program that moved from laparotomy to robotic surgery.

Objective: To assess the health and economic burden of human papillomavirus (HPV)-related diseases (cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 1/2/3, and genital warts) in Singapore over a period of 25 years beginning in 2008.
Methods: Incidence-based modeling was used to estimate the incidence cases and associated economic burden, with the assumption that age-stratified incidence rates will remain the same throughout the period of 25 years. The incidence rates in 2008 were projected based on data obtained from the National Cancer Registry for cervical cancer, and from a combination of published data and hospital registry review for CIN1/2/3 and genital warts.
