Objective: Although the use of resveratrol is widespread, there is a lack of studies concerning its use in older adults who practice regular physical activity. The present study aimed to evaluate how resveratrol influenced anthropometric parameters, heart measures, blood analytes in women participants, aged 60 to 80 years old, distributed in four groups consisting of those who regularly exercise or not, and those who were under resveratrol treatment or not.
