Systemic bevacizumab for end-stage juvenile recurrent respiratory papillomas: A case report.

We report on two cases of severe recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) involvement where the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antibody bevacizumab IV has been administered for treatment. Notably, there have not been any episodes of urgent transfer to the hospital for obstructive events since the bevacizumab was started. It is important to note however, that the disease has not been eliminated.
