The anti-synthetase syndrome is associated with inflammatory myopathy, interstitial lung disease, polyarthritis, Raynaud's phenomenon and typical skin lesions known as "mechanic's hands". Anti-Jo1 antibodies are frequently present. Interstitial lung disease is the most important feature, as it determines survival and the therapeutic attitude.

Manifestations of the chronic form are: dyspnea, fatigue, headaches, oedema, polyglobulia, and also anxiety, denutrition, social isolation. It is for that reason that this interdisciplinary program centred on the therapeutic education of the patients was conceived by two medical teams with the aim of creating a new coverage of the patients affected of OSAS.
Methods: Thirty-five OSAS patients were consecutively collected among those regularly followed at the Service of pneumology outpatient facility.
