Context: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common sexual disorder. In France, recent evidence-based guidelines are lacking.

Design, Setting, And Participants: A total of 291 OAB patients were enrolled at 25 French sites according to local standard of care.

Intravesical instillation of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate in radiation-induced cystitis: a prospective pilot study.

Purpose: To assess the efficacy and safety of intravesical instillation of high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (HMW-HA) for the treatment of radiation-induced cystitis.

Methods: This prospective cohort study was conducted in seven centers in France. Eligible patients with radiation-induced cystitis were recruited between April 2020 and March 2021.

Design, Setting, And Participants: This is a prospective, multicenter, observational study at 25 representative public and private French sites.

[Bladder tumor in young patients: a series of 26 cases. Comparison with a review of the literature].

Objective: Urothelial bladder tumours are rare before the age of 40 and represent only 1% to 4% of all bladder tumours. This study reviews the histological features of these tumours and tries to more clearly define their natural history.

Material And Method: From 1980 to 2000, we observed 2,600 cases of primary bladder tumours; 34 subjects were younger than 40.

Dendritic cell infiltration in a patient with seminomatous germ cell tumor of the testis: is there a relationship with infertility and tumor stage?

Purpose: Inflammatory cells, such as dendritic cells, are considered to trigger the antitumoral immune response against tumors, such as testicular cancer. Male infertility associated with cancer may be due to endocrine or immunological factors. We investigated possible associations of antigen expression with dendritic cells, histiocytic cells and seminoma stage as well as with impaired spermatogenesis.
