Helicobacter heilmanii gastritis in polymyositis.

We report the original case of a patient with polymyositis (PM) who developed severe gastritis related to Helicobacter heilmanii. H. heilmanii eradication, using triple therapy with omeprazole, metronidazole and amoxicillin, resulted in the complete disappearance of digestive manifestations.
