Robotic resection of an obturator schwannoma with preservation of normal nerve fascicles and function.

An asymptomatic pelvic tumor was incidentally found in a 27-year-old man. A CT-guided needle biopsy with a pathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of a benign schwannoma. We describe the complete robotic resection with the conservation of normal fascicles.

Reversible uro-lymphatic fistula.

Renal lymphatic fistulas are rare and, in most cases, of parasitic origin. We report a case of a reversible uro-lymphatic fistula, which was demonstrated by CT and was felt to be secondary to a radiolucent calculus.

[Treatment of bladder neck obstructions by the Memotherm stent].

Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the feasibility, efficacy and complications of treatment of bladder neck obstruction by Memotherm stent.

Material And Methods: A Memotherm stent was implanted under local anaesthesia in 53 elderly patients presenting a poor general status and/or cardiopulmonary disease. All patients presented urinary retention, 48 patients presented signs of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 5 patients presented neurogenic bladder.
