Background: Benzodiazepine use disorders are a common clinical problem among methadone maintenance treatment patients and have adverse effects on clinical outcomes.
Objectives: To evaluate gabapentin for the outpatient treatment of benzodiazepine abuse or dependence in methadone maintenance patients.
Methods: Participants (n = 19) using benzodiazepines at least 4 days per week were enrolled into an 8-week randomized double-blind placebo-controlled outpatient pilot trial.
Background: Cannabis use disorder is associated with substantial morbidity and, after alcohol, is the most common drug bringing adolescents and adults into treatment. At present, there are no FDA-approved medications for cannabis use disorder. Combined pharmacologic interventions might be particularly useful in mitigating withdrawal symptoms and promoting abstinence.

Sixty-five individuals across two sites were enrolled and received services for up to 2 years. Trajectories for individuals' outcomes over time were examined using linear and quadratic mixed-effects models with repeated measures.
