Nickel-mediated lead dynamics and their interactive effect on lead partitioning and phytoremediation indices in spinach.

A greenhouse research was conducted to monitor lead (Pb) translocation dynamics in spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) mediated by nickel (Ni) application. Each of the four levels of Pb (0, 100, 150, and 300 mg/kg) and Ni (0, 100, 150, and 300 mg/kg) was applied in different combinations in the pot experiment.
