The oral cavity is an uncommon site for metastatic tumor cell colonization and is usually evidence of a widespread disease, with an incidence of about 1% of all oral cancers. The jawbones, particularly the mandible, are more frequently affected than the oral soft tissues (2:1). Small cell carcinoma (SCC) of the uterine cervix is a rare tumor characterized by a highly aggressive clinical course and poor prognosis.
