Manufacturers of Perfect·Pushup™ handgrips claim enhanced muscular recruitment when compared with the conventional hand-on-floor push-up exercise. Push-ups were performed under 2 conditions: (a) standard push-up and (b) Perfect·Pushup™ handgrips.
