The heterotopic pancreas (HP) is a rare condition in the pediatric population. HP cases involving an ileal intussusception are rare in children and very rarely reported, usually presenting with symptoms of intestinal obstruction. We report the case of a one year old male patient with a chronic history of anorexia, irritability, abdominal pain, accompanied by intermittent episodes of "currant jelly" stools that evolved to rectal bleeding.
