Phaeochromocytoma in pregnancy is rare. It is associated with high rates of fetal and maternal mortality especially in undiagnosed cases. There are no reliable data comparing outcomes regarding the timing of removal of tumour, or comparing outcomes between vaginal and caesarean delivery.
