Urine and plasma specimens fortified with 82 drugs and metabolites were prepared and analyzed by liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (QTOF) instrumentation from three different vendors using the instrument manufacturers' methods and workflows for drug screening.
