Essential thrombocythemia (ET) is a clonal myeloproliferative neoplasm. Croatian Cooperative Group for hematologic disorders, KROHEM proposes the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for ET. Diagnosis of ET is based on the criteria and classification of World Health Organization (WHO).
