To describe the characteristics and management of asthma in clinical practice in the Czech Republic in the context of international guidelines and clinical realities. Data were collected over four seasons from summer 2016 to spring 2017 and are mostly presented using descriptive statistics. We obtained valid data for 4557 adult patients with asthma, including detailed phenotyping (71% eosinophilic allergic, 10% eosinophilic non-allergic, 19% non-eosinophilic non-allergic asthma) from 58 allergologists and 56 pulmonologists.

Aim: To assess the impact of anti-IgE therapy on SAA and comorbid IgE-mediated allergic diseases in patients treated with omalizumab for SAA enrolled in the CAR (Czech Anti-IgE Registry).
Material And Methods: Three hundred and ten patients with SAA treated with omalizumab were enrolled in the CAR.
Nigella sativa (black seed) is an important medicinal herb. In many Arabian, Asian and African countries, black seed oil is used as a natural remedy for a wide range of diseases, including various allergies. The plant's mechanism of action is still largely unknown.
