Background: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020. The health personnel were the first line of action, so detecting the presence of burnout and work engagement allows us to have an overview of the perspective on the work environment of these workers.
Objective: To identify the presence of high levels of work engagement and burnout in COVID-19 response teams (RT) during the COVID-19 pandemic in a secondary care level.
