Osteomesopyknosis is a rare sclerosing bone disorder of autosomal dominant inheritance. We report a first case of osteomesopyknosis in Korea. A 16-year old girl complained of diffuse back pain for 1 year.

Introduction: The treatment of esophageal cancer remains clinically challenging because of the overall poor prognosis associated with the disease. The mortality rate associated with surgical treatment is high, and the majority of diagnosed patients are old. As such, surgery is not possible in many cases, even when the cancer has progressed to a resectable state.

We report here a case of pancreatic pseudocystocolic fistula that was treated without surgical or endoscopic intervention. A 76-year-old woman, presenting with a fever and epigastric pain, was referred to our institution. Three months prior to this admission, the patient had been admitted to the hospital for acute pancreatitis.
