Objective: To assess the utility of targeted surveillance for the identification of moderate to profound PCHI in babies who pass newborn hearing screening in England and have risk factors.
Design: Retrospective analysis.
Study Sample: A total of 3,957,891 children born 01/04/2012-31/03/2018 in England.
We describe a patient who presented with features suggestive of an orbital blowout fracture. These were apparently confirmed on imaging and operation was planned. However, further radiological and orthoptic opinions diagnosed both a pre-existing eye condition and benign antral mucosal disease that had been misinterpreted as a single acute problem.

Methods: A total of 134 consecutive patients with CD completed a questionnaire about musculoskeletal symptoms. Those reporting low back pain were assessed, including plain radiographs and CT of the sacroiliac joints.
