Nasoalveolar cysts are rare developmental, non-odontogenic soft tissue lesions present in the submucosal area of the nasal alar region of the face. The management of nasoalveolar cyst is surgical excision or enucleation by sublabial approach. Most of the times surgeon finds difficult in complete removal of cyst wall especially in the infected cases.

An ectopic supernumerary tooth causing the formation of rhinolith was never reported before in the medical literature. A 30 years old male patient presented to our hospital with one sided nasal obstruction, recurrent epistaxis, and nasal discharge. Anterior rhinoscopy, nasal endoscopy and X-ray paranasal sinuses revealed a rhinolith in the left nasal cavity.

Congenital cholesteatoma is a rare entity. It may originate at various sites in the temporal bone, for example, in the petrous apex, the cerebellopontine angle, the middle ear cavity, the mastoid process or in the external auditory canal. The least common site being the mastoid process.

We report an unusual case of a 9-year-old boy who presented with 42 bristles in his left maxillary sinus. The presence of these foreign bodies was noted only during operation for removal of nasal polyps.
